THE BRIEF

The Concours Club sets the new standard for automotive country clubs worldwide. The members-only motorsport facility blends high-tech driving, impeccable service and luxury amenities within a spectacular resort setting.

The team at The Concours Club wanted to mark the launch of their hospitality lounge at the inaugural F1 Miami Grand Prix  within the Miami International Autodrome in style, providing guests the ability to capture memories seamlessly. Pictory Events was selected as one of the the entertainment providers for the opening as they were best able to provide a subtle and engaging entertainment activation for the guests in attendance.

The Concours Club facilities, located within the Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport, offer a world-class driving experience and their hospitality suite at the inaugural F1 Miami Grand Prix needed to match the luxury aesthetic, delivering impact in the spectacular setting. Pictory Events was tasked with developing a bespoke photo experience that would not only showcase The Concours Club brand but also resonate with members and guests.

The Pictory Mirror was selected as the experience of choice for The Concours Club event.

The seamless, modern and grand mirror perfectly reflected the luxury, exclusive aesthetic of the members-only facility, Pictory Events was able to reflect the brand and drive maximum guest interaction throughout the event.

Capturing the VIP guests from every angle, the Pictory Mirror was the star of the show with up to 6 participants at a time posing for group selfies and recording GIFs and Boomerangs.

The next-generation photo technology was complemented with bespoke, fully customized animations and graphics that showcased The Concours Club brand and the motorsport event experience, with the “Driven to Win” theme proving incredibly popular with all guests.
